    If your scheduled flight to/from Europe was cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours due to the fault of the airline, compensation due to you could be of up to 600 euro per passenger.

  • In which cases you have no right to claim compensation?

    If airline can prove that flight was delayed due to the reasons beyond its control:

    *Weather non-suitable for flight

    *Strikes and incidents

     

  • How long does it usually take to receive compensation?

    You will need on average one month to receive compensation. Sometimes it takes longer than a month, if others have to be involved in the process.

  • How much do CompensSky services cost?

    Prepayment is not required.

    We will deduct 25% of the received compensation.

    If the received compensation is

    *250 EUR (our commission fee is 62,50 EUR)

    *400 EUR (our commission fee is 100 EUR)

    *600 EUR (our commission fee is 150 EUR)
